Over the last few months, there have been various dog attack lawsuits featured in the Madison Record. Two of these lawsuits are highlighted below.
The first lawsuit is seen in the July 19, 2016 Madison Record article titled “Trenton man blames dog owners for injuries.” An excerpt regarding the alleged attack and associated harm:
According to the complaint, on June 14, while Eller was lawfully ot the Lomardos’ property, their dog suddenly and without provocation attacked and bit him. The suit says the bites caused Eller severe injuries to his lips, nose, throat, left thigh and stomach.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on June 9, he was peaceably conducting himself at the Belleville home of his wife and daughter when the defendant’s two pit bulls, without any provocation, entered the premises and viciously attacked him, fracturing his left wrist.
He claims he has suffered pain and suffering, disfigurement and medical expenses.
